3. Vouchers, Offers & Sales Terms

1. Any voucher (“Voucher”) you purchase is redeemable only for goods or services from the seller or service provider (not PenhDeals). The service provider is solely responsible for redemption of the Voucher.
2. Vouchers will contain redemption instructions, offer period, expiry date, etc. You must use them accordingly.
3. Reproduction, resale, or trading of PenhDeals vouchers is strictly prohibited.
4. You may purchase Vouchers via:
   • Online payment (credit card, debit card, net banking)
   • Printed hardcopy delivery (cash + service/delivery charges)
5. Unless otherwise stated, you will not be able to claim credit or cash back for any unused portion of a Voucher.
6. Unless otherwise stated, Voucher offers may not be combined with other promotions or special offers.
7. Except in the case of an error attributable to PenhDeals, Vouchers are non-refundable once sold, whether used or not.
8. PenhDeals and the service provider are not liable if you lose a physical Voucher.
9. Any attempted use of a Voucher inconsistent with these terms will void the Voucher.
10. PenhDeals acts only as an aggregator and issuer of vouchers and deals. The vouchers/deals remain the property of the respective service providers.
11. Service providers are fully responsible for any injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, or costs you incur (in whole or in part) arising from your use of their goods/services.
12. PenhDeals is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed delivery of products, out-of-stock items, back-orders, returned/undelivered goods, or other unavailability issues.
13. PenhDeals’s entire liability to you in relation to a Voucher shall be limited to the refund of the money paid for that specific Voucher, to the extent permitted by law. Under no circumstances shall PenhDeals be liable for consequential, indirect, or remote losses.

4. Payment & Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the user via email and via notification through any mobile app (if applicable).

5. Rules of Conduct / User Obligations

You agree that you will not:

• Post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary content without proper authorization.
• Post or transmit harmful software (viruses, malware, bots, Trojan horses, etc.).
• Post content that is obscene, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes hatred, violence or illegal acts.
• Use the site to distribute spam, chain letters, or junk mail.
• Promote illegal activities or facilitate the unauthorized sharing of copyrighted works (e.g. pirated materials).
• Violate applicable laws.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or others’ accounts or data.
• Interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

If you breach these terms, PenhDeals’s only liability is to refund the amount paid for the relevant Voucher (if applicable). PenhDeals will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or remote losses.

PenhDeals may remove any material that in its sole discretion it deems objectionable or in violation of these terms.

7. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

The name “PenhDeals” is a trademark of PenhDeals. All rights are reserved. Unless otherwise indicated, all other trademarks on the Site belong to their respective owners.
The content of this Site (text, software, graphics, photos, logos, etc.) is owned or licensed by PenhDeals and protected under UAE and foreign laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any materials on this Site without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
